Usually, this place is 4 star. The service is now always very slow compared to how speedy it used to be. But the staff is usually extremely good, friendly and product knowledgeable. Except today a staff person criticized the order in which I asked for the senior discount, and I had to repeat my order more than once so I canceled my order. I do not want to have to remember a format to buy something. Later I returned for ice cream and the same order taker directed me to drive through before I had a chance to say what flavors I wanted in my banana split. Again I canceled my order. In all fairness, this establishment is usually 5 star except its slow now.

Food is fine but I am currently staring at a cup in a window (the only item i want to purchase quickly) and I have been standing here for roughly twenty minutes while there are no customers in the establishment, three employees on duty, and I watched one of them stock lemon cakes before serving me. Is that really necessary? No. Recommend this place as a last resort.

Usually don’t have issues here. Went back to get a refund on my iced latte because it was missing cinnamon. She said they didn’t want to give a refund but they’d remake my drink. I really just wanted a refund because I figured if they made it in a way I didn’t like it the first time, they’d probably do it again… and I was right. She remade it but it was completely doused in cinnamon this time. I just left with it because I figured it wasn’t worth my time. If I got the same drink from the new Dunkin on Cherry Road and held it next to the one they gave me, it’d look completely different. The new Dunkin Donuts on Cherry Road is the one everyone should be going to; they are top notch. This location however… I was very polite and explained that other Dunkin’s made it differently and wanted a refund. I’m not sure what was so hard about that. There was no need for the passive aggressiveness I received. The photos I attached… that is the amount of cinnamon she put in there. The cup was full, she did not only fill it half way. I tried to drink some since I paid for it but ended up stopping, so that’s why it’s halfway full. But the amount of cinnamon is all on the employee I spoke to today. The drink was supposed to be an iced caramel craze. Never had this issue at any other Dunkin.

Putting in the kiosk has definitely slowed down service inside. The staff is more concerned about on line and drive thru orders rather than the people standing inside waiting. No one to help the elderly with the kiosk so the lines back up. They need to put people back to work serving the customers.

All I wanted was my hash browns. I waited 20 minutes and they kept overlooking me and giving others their order, and they asked me if I had gotten them yet like twice. It takes 10 seconds to walk and get some hash browns. I didn’t want to make a scene over some hash browns, but I was craving them. I’m not trying to make a big deal over something small, but I had been in the hospital because my 4 month old is sick. I was hungry, tired, and I just didn’t like the service/attitude. This location used to be good, but just seems like the workers dgaf. Like you see me standing there waiting and asking about my hash browns.

Franchise owners need to be there to help in the mornings if they can’t staff properly. Staff always seems stressed and this is my 4-5th time ordering ahead and waiting more than 20 min after placing the order. I realize this is first world problems but I’m choosing to give Dunkin my $ but the pace of service especially mobile orders has been wildly slow. Wish there was another way to communicate with owners other than griping on google but here we are.

Unfortunately, I have had to change my previous review of 5 stars from a year ago. I am tired of paying 5 dollars for a cappuccino with only steamed milk and sometimes they put regular coffee inside. Today the coffee tasted like chemicals. This place has gone downhill in the last few months.

had a doordash order there and they only gave the dasher 1 of my 3 items and then when i tried to call this dunkin about it they didn’t answer the phone call from doordash or any of my multiple calls. lazy people here that won’t do their job correctly
