Order was in pickup oven but employee didn’t check. Ended up waiting 25 minutes in pickup lane while they cooked the wrong order. If I could effect the overall sales of this restaurant to the community, I would to the point to where they where forced to closed down. Even manger didn’t check to see if order was correct or ready.

Pizza looked great at first, but we soon realized the toppings were not cooked all the way! Really not a fan of eating raw onion. Really upset that I paid for this and only ate half of it. Staff didn’t really care that I was there, got a “Hey” from the cook.

The manager Chrissy has very poor management skills, was VERY rude, and seems hardly trained at all. He obviously isn’t doing his job and ordering food because the store is out of everything. His words were “no we are out of breadsticks” “no we are out of pasta” “we really are out of pretty much everything besides pizza”. Very rude and unprofessional.

I used a new credit card there for the first and only time it was ever used. A few days later I had an unauthorized charge on that card. So be careful using your debit or credit card there! Also I requested the pizza to be cut into squares. And for the 3rd time they couldn’t follow directions. I will get my pizza somewhere else in the future.
