Worst experience ever! No dark chicken for the $20 fill up box, which would have been 15 minutes. So I asked if they had white meat, and i was told it would be extra $.99 which I asked why since they were out of dark meat chicken, shouldnt it have been free? Nope! So I said it wasn’t my fault that a CHICKEN PLACE DID NOT HAVE CHICKEN and it was still $.99. I said I would just go some place else and her response was “Go someplace else”. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! SO RUDE, AND IT SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN AN ARGUMENT OVER A PIECE OF CHICKEN. If I could give ZEROS I would!!!

Usually I go to place to order but today my truck messed up. So I decided to order online and have it delivered. First the prices online are 3.00 different, did not matter I was tired and hungry. Second I understand delivery fees and tips. But what pissed me off was for 2 piece combo for 9.79 plus fees and all cost me almost 16 dollars for a small dried out breast and wing my dig would not eat and a biscuit smaller then a hockey Puck. Will never eat there again and will tell friends. Also tried calling and no answer.

Thr only reason I am even giving this place 2 stars is because our 4yr old grandaughter likes t mac&cheese. She took one bite and was done! It was cold,hard&Tasteless. We got the 8piece bucket with side of mashed&gravy. The mashed was so runny it was soup. We also got mac&cheese as a side. Yuck! As for the so called chicken. It was also cold..greasy..big clumps of raw flour and hardly any chicken. Looked and tasted like it had sat around for a bit.. We haven’t been in years so thought we might try it. It was trash! And we paid a little over $30 for this!! Never again!

On our way back from Pennsylvania heading toward Nashville stopped off here in Bristol to eat at KFC on W. State St. We were greeted by two of the friendliest helpful employees I have ever seen in a KFC. If the manager sees this, be sure to say thank you to Sean and Emily and let them know what a great impression they made . they are the ones that were working there Friday, June.23rd 2023.

I ordered the 8 piece family meal with 2 extra breast. We could not eat the chicken. It was so over cooked that the leg bone was cooked in half. The breast were tough and the skin was tough. The cole slaw was off colored and not up to par. The mash potatoes and biscuits were excellent. I am a fan of KFC in Bristol Tn. but I will have second thoughts before I order again. Very disappointed!

For the second time in a row two days in a row I have came to this KFC location and tried to get a family meal consisting of the 16pc chicken and 3 sides. Both times I was told it would be a 30-40min wait on chicken. Employees were standing around doing nothing but playing on their phones. I asked to get a snack wrap while I waited the second time and was told they didn’t do them anymore. Even though after being fed up with this location and going to a different one I was able to get my snack wrap and chicken very promptly. This place need to get its affairs in order
