Amazing food and wonderful service! The cleopatra salad is my favorite – goat cheese, candied almonds, and you can’t forget the truffle honey dressing If you add chicken they give you your money’s worth and it’s so fresh and juicy. Highly recommend!

They catered our wedding and by far were the easiest and best vendor I worked with. I had a few people with serious dietary restrictions and they absolutely loved the meal. Service was great and there was excellent communication throughout the whole process. I literally cannot recommend them enough!

The prices for this low-quality food are atrocious. The entrees were undecorated, plain noodles with 4 shrimp thrown on top. They ran out of protein for the second entree. The salads were just a bit of tossed spring mix with 3 cherub tomatoes. Total cost was $103! Do not waste your time here – go to Ilario’s instead!!

As a food critic, I have had the pleasure of dining at some of the most prestigious restaurants in the world. However, I recently stumbled upon a hidden gem that has left me speechless. Amici, a food truck that operates in the heart of downtown historic Buda, may seem like your average street food vendor, but don’t let that fool you. Their restaurant quality dishes will blow your mind!

Great service, happy faces and good pasta. My only concern is price and size.Sizes are small and prices are high. When you go to restaurant it’s ok but $10 for plain pasta from a food truck bit high I think. Because there is no experience, no service, no ambiance. Dine with the flies and bugs on wooden table. Guys I’m not complaining, you can put any price tag you want but for your bright future work on your re-costing. Saying again your products are good but revise it please!

Definitely not Cedro’s scratch Italian. The menu at Amici’s is overpriced for what it is. I got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. It was frozen fatty chicken and store bought pasta. I have no idea how this place has 5 stars… maybe it was an off day?! It was so bad that i only had a few bites, the fat chicken cubes grossed me out.

Almost could not find where this food truck is established especially at night. I noticed couple more trucks that were next to each other, but decided to go for my initial plan, which was Amici.

We had a great meal today from Amici! I read about them in the “Eat Drink To Go” group on FB where the owner had posted. It’s a family fun food truck in Buda and the food was great! The family owned a restaurant in Little Italy in NYC so they know their stuff! We had an assortment of salads, pastas, and chicken parm. Everything was great! They’ll also do a half (children’s) portion of any dish – the tortellini is a half portion and was more than enough for my daughter. We will definitely be back!

Ever been to a place that reminds you what real food should taste like? This is as authentic Italian as it gets. We drive down to Buda from Round Rock to eat here. Yes, that’s how good it is! The food is amazing. Everything tastes just right. The desserts are great as well. And it is truly a locally owned family run business. I can’t wait to see what Amici has in store for next year. We will be visiting them as often as we can.

Probably the only place that has made carbonara as I remember it from when I lived in Rome.
