Fit life foods is good for macro counting. However, if you look at the ingredients on the back they are not clean and are not healthy. They use seed oils in their food. Seed oils are toxic and are at least partially responsible for heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and cancer. Please don’t claim to be healthy and fit when the ingredients you use to cook are the opposite of that!

I purchased food at Fitlife for a few years. Unfortunately, I kept finding weird things in the meals. In multiple BBQ beef meals, I found big cartilage/bone chunks. I found a piece of a wooden stick in another one. The team is great about swapping them out, but had to switch meal prep providers due to the low quality control of these meals. When I reached out, the team had mentioned they switched providers of their meats, which may have led to lower quality food from trying to cut costs. Hoping others have better experiences and the Fitlife team ups their game in terms of food quality!

Everything is really good here. And it’s the easiest meal prep ever!! I never feel guilty when eating sweets from here especially the brownies. ❤️❤️ If you haven’t tried it I highly suggest you try a meal they also have a Nutriton coach that helps you stay on track, having that accountability is a motivation as she looks at your food log goes over your macros and weight .

Hands down best decision I ever made choosing fitlife foods. Their meals are good, enjoyable after reheating, they have delivered on time every Sunday for the last 7 weeks. The only time I had a issue I was short two meals, they credited me back equal or more then what I paid for the missing meals without any hesitation. I’ve tried a few different delivery meal prep Services had good communication and delivery times but the food was just not on the same level. Just had the most amazing Turkey Taco Salad at the suggestion of store associate. After an almost 12 hour work day it was so filling to have this meal. Usually after a long day as such, I would have gone through a Wendy’s drive thru. This felt so much better for my body. Not to mention the price is very reasonable. I will be purchasing more meals for sure.

Food is very flavorful. After trying Trifecta organic meal delivery where the food had no additives it also had no flavor for the most part. I can’t say the same for Fitlife .. the food is not all organic and based on the labels has some additives..such as triethyl citrate in the eggs whites…But…..What I really like are the choices and the ability to base meals on the needed macros. If you have a busy schedule and meal prep is not for you or just looking for a great meal this is it.

Staff was friendly. But the food is in plastic containers in a fridge. They told me “It’s fresh”. I purchased the “firecracker shrimp” for 11.95 plus tax. To hear it they said put it in the health box (microwave). The portion was small relative to price. It’s 70% white rice, a little sliced carrots, green onion and 10 small shrimp. This place is not one that is health conscious and in all honesty, I won’t be going back.

I originally came in thinking this would be a place I’d use for weekends I am really busy and do not have time to meal prep. Well now I’m hooked and have been using it every week! All the meals are delicious and I love having variety in what I eat for lunch every day instead of eating the same thing. It’s also really nice that they have multiple sizes of most things so you can really get whatever is best for you.
