Been getting take out now since they opened and it’s been awesome. Staff always nice and friendly. Today had friends in town and we did a sit down. Awesome how they bring you piping hot pizza right from the oven. Just be careful it might burn. But as it tastes so awesome you will fight tru the burn 🙂

Ordered take out for the first time, the breadsticks were undercooked, they are not eatable, the muffaletta pizza was not my favorite and it was pretty salty. The signature house pizza was okay. I probably won’t return.

Attempted to call in order for later pick up on a Friday evening due to having a coupon I couldn’t not use online. No answer. Placed online order at 530p for 7p pick up for three pizzas and a breadstick. Arrived at 650p. Order couldn’t not be found. Ticket reprinted. Told 10 minute wait after having to ask multiple times how long it would be. No big deal as they were busy at that time. Entire place cleared out. Waited over 20 min with no follow up, so walked back to counter. Cashier acted like she had no clue who I was. Reprinted ticket could not be found. Employees happened to find three pizzas that were my order spread out on shelves and handed them to me. Asked for the breadsticks — and get ‘oh we have none ready’. So I asked for a refund, which I was told they could not do because I ordered online (mind you, there was no phone answering earlier) and that I had to wait for it to be passed on to a manager. Stuck between not getting my refund and having to wait longer for the order twice now. Look at pizzas once I get to table to wait for breadsticks. Wrong pizza. Now back to ‘I can’t refund you because you ordered online so you’ll have to wait til manager gets in next week’ or wait longer for pizzas to be recooked. Took 40 minute wait to get order I placed 2 hours prior. Girl who seemed to be in charge took my name and number and ensured me a manager would reach out the following week. Waited about week, never heard from manager. I filled out complaint/comment links on Johnny’s website. Was immediately contacted by owner via email that said to please call him as he was not at office and did not have access to anything but my email. I responded via email I would call him the next day. Called, no answer. That was over a week ago and no other attempts to reach out made. So caution anyone ordering online as no one in the store can actually refund you if it goes wrong and now I have no trust that ‘waiting on a manger’ would get a refund either.

Miserable experience. Wife and I are new to area. called in order as they mailed our neighborhood coupons for large cheese stick with purchase of pizza. Employee said he was having difficulty plugging it in on computer so to come in with the coupon and he would take care of us. Drove there and he was rude and refused to honor our purchase as one that was included for the promotion, sad to say i’ll never come back as I love to help local businesses get started – they had no adults managing their register and this is what happens when kids are put in leadership without mentorship

Stopped for lunch with my daughter. We each got 8” personal pizzas and a bottle of pop. Price was very reasonable. Love the crust. It’s thin but not too crunchy. Daughter loved the pepperoni and I really liked the barbecue chicken pizza.

Ordered 120 personal pizzas for my night shift work group. A few employees stayed over for this order so we could have hot pizzas. Excellent communication and execution! Everyone got what they ordered and they threw in several extra pizzas just in case.

Pizza is absolutely amazing! Fast service and super friendly little darling young ladies working, who are always smiling and working hard. These girls know how to deep clean under those booths! Have witnessed them dealing with difficult customers with grace. Glad to have Johnnys in the community!

I asked for the price of 2 medium 1 topping pizzas and the lady tells a me $27. I just ask why it is $21 if I order online but $27 over the phone then the employees start laughing in the background. So this is how you treat a customer? This is the first time I was going to try this pizza chain but after this unbelievable customer service, I’m not.
