Went in to order a burger, this place is a mystery to everyone that works here and doesn’t know how it works, the waiter we spoke to said that if we order online from the Burger Den that somehow the order just pops up here, also the “manager” says if we order online we have to take our food out of here to eat it… so why is this even in a Dennys restaurant? We ended up just ordering from the Dennys menu since it seemed to be such a hassle. I didn’t feel like buying food and being told to leave.

Messed up order. No customer service. Staff ignored for 30 minutes and finally told me my order has been picked up by someone else and nothing they can do. No refund, nothing. Waste of time and money.
