I went to the Thompson Road location last Tuesday evening to purchase a pizza in person. This location was very busy making and passing out Pizzas , some in house orders and some from phone orders. There were probably 7-8 employees and they worked very hard together and helped everyone promptly and with kindness and caring or their orders. Great job team, it was a pleasure to see a group work so well together and provided everyone of their orders.

I guess my $40 order wasn’t worth the irritated workers time. I couldn’t even finish placing my order due to the worker having such an attitude every time I said something. I do apologize for interrupting his bad day! Chicago’s Pizza got my order and they were very happy to take it!

I have ordered from this same papa Murphy’s multiple times and had great experiences. Today was absolutely horrible. I ordered and the worker was visibly irritated that I was there. He takes my order and then takes a phone call from another customer. He was again short and rude with that customer and told them it’d be 30 minutes for them to be made because he was here alone. I then was dumb enough to ask him if I could add another pizza. He then threw the other unmade pizzas he had in his hand down and sighed heavily and said “I mean I guess”. What?!? I promptly told him not to worry about it and left. Again everyone else there I’ve ever dealt with has been very kind but this guy 100% should not work with the public and was overwhelmed making 4 pizzas in an hour span
