Superb service and I’d say a very good option when you’re looking for a low-key spot, good for groups, moderate prices, and good food. It’s hard to find all of those in one place nowadays. I ordered the clay pot yellow curry, which I think is more Thai? Regardless, the dish was awesome. A little spicy and great flavor. My friends ordered all for Bahn mi sandwiches, I don’t think they’re super authentic? at least that’s what someone else had said, but, everyone enjoyed them nonetheless. The pickled radish and quality of beef was great. A group of 5 and everyone enjoyed their meal.

Finally tried them for takeout and it was lackluster at best. The mushroom skewers (see photo) is two mushroom caps, which weren’t cooked – basically a room temperature cap with some sauce. The crispy tofu was greasy – likely partly due to packaging, however, very much was falling apart and just tasted like oil. But the really confusing part was the cold broken dry white rice; it tasted like leftover rice that sat for hours and was maybe attempted to be reheated? Perhaps these items are better in person, but definitely avoid the takeout rice…

When we lived in Los Angeles 13 years ago, this was one of our favorite spots. Upon returning to visit family we made it a priority to stop by GG to enjoy our favorite dishes and drink; pork chops, beef pho, and basil lime elixir!! Our taste buds were not disappointed with their reunion. This time around we took it up a notch and finished off our meal with a slice of delicious black bottom banana cream pie!! Love this place!

Not super authentic but tastes good regardless. I ordered delivery and the beef in pho came raw. Good thing I was at home and could reheat the broth to cook the beef. Beware if you are ordering delivery to an office and such. Portion of the pho is very small as you can see in the picture. The fried rice was okay. Flavorful but VERY oily.

A pretty decent spot for some Asian/Vietnamese food. They have a good mix of classic dishes such as pho and rice platters. The service is friendly and they have lunch specials too.

Really great all around ! We preferred the pho, banh mi, crispy rolls, and crab/shrimp rolls. Everything was delicious. My only suggestion was to have offered a vegetarian pho with tofu instead of just veggies.

Met some friends here for dinner. We ate a variety of things including vegetable spring rolls (cha gio) and stir fried noodles (mi xao chay). The server was engaging and humorous. Our food came quickly, but not to quickly. We had a grand ol’ time!

Great food, especially pan fried noodles. I do not usually order a drink, but here you must try one of their speciality soft drinks. Portions generous – at first I was going to take half home, but so good, I could not stop eating.

My first time at the Gingergrass. Two types of iced tea (Green and Black). I ordered the Beef Pho. It was good. No complaints. The table service was excellent. Very attentive wait staff. Good parking on the back. I’ll come back.

The beef pho was good but wasn’t great out of the hundred or so places I’ve eaten pho this was probably the smallest portion for more money I don’t know if it’s the area that I was in at the time but all in all was pretty darn good The tea was amazing and the server was amazing as well
