I was visiting my eye doctor and he recommended it because he visits often. Since I was over in the area I decided I can check it out. It was not busy at all. I noticed they have the Happy Hour from 3-6 pm and I got there around 2:15. There was an older guy who greeted me but didn’t help me, he seem confused or lost, not sure. I asked since I was new and I didn’t want a big sandwich would they be willing to let me do the happy hour early, but obviously as the young guy, Dusty said he couldn’t because it was a set button in his system. No problem that wasn’t my point. So I ordered the Ultimate which didn’t allow me to order as half. The young guy had trouble remember what I wanted removed and added as I emphasized several times I did NOT want Mayo. Over $10 for this sandwich for only the sandwich.

This is at least the 5th time they haven’t fixed a sandwich right. This time we ordered online. Both were to be heated but they weren’t. One was supposed to be Blazin Buffalo Chicken & Provolone. It had bacon and onions on it. This sandwich per the menu doesn’t have bacon or onions on it.

Very disappointed, Sandwiches are great, but I had an issue with an order that required a partial refund a few weeks back now, there was no manager on duty who could help since this was an online pickup order, I was told I would get a refund the next day, it never came. I called and once again was told no manager was around so I’d get a call back soon, never got any contact back regarding the issue with the order, this has made me want to think twice before ordering from this location any more. I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me.

The hoagies are ok and would be a 5 if it was piled with ingredients hanging over the entire roll for $10. Firehouse and Publix subs are better. Recommendation to management – be generous with the meats.

This was my first time ck’n this hoagie shop out I got to admit it was definitely yummy for my tummy” an that banana pudding was dead on point in other words yum yum” when I’m over by that way again I will definitely stop in OH yeah I had the cheese steak on this visit.

Small portions and very bland, actual sandwich is much different than the pictures on google and their website. I ordered a second sandwich after the first one turned out to be 2 pieces of deli meat on bread. The second sandwich was no better. These sandwiches are basically school cafeteria food and not worth the price. Very disappointed.

A good sub/hoagie begins with the bread. Theirs is way too soft ! No crust, no chew .. just mushy white bread . Not a lot of meat for the price . Only giving 2 stars because they slice the onions/lettuce really thin like it should be and have the option of pepper relish. Won’t be back. I’ll save a couple bucks and just grab Publix and get a better sub .

Comparable to jimmy John’s. I went to the née location is sandy springs and order a mini which I figured would be 1/2 a sub. Opened the bag to realize it’s actually 1/4 of a sub, similar to a kids meal.
