Went to place an order over the phone, and maybe I took too long to figure out what toppings I wanted, but I got a snappy attitude. Told there was no delivery, and when I pulled in to pickup there was a driver leaving with a pizza. Then got another attitude from the register. I’m not giving them any of my business again

How amazing the pizza and flavor is!!!! Outstanding! How Understanding the staff members are, I’m always amazed. They’re the sweetest people and willing to accommodate. They bake it to perfection and actually care about your instructions and make it delicious. The pizza has always been fresh and so has the calzones.!!!

We order from here every now and then and really like the pizza. I’ve actually ordered enough to have a free medium two topping in my rewards, which we were just about to redeem. The website says they’re open until 1AM, which makes sense for a college town. However, when we tried to place our order at 11:30PM, they were closed. So much for our late night pizza craving. We are pretty bummed.

We have been ordering Cheddar Cheese Crust for forever. Tonight when we ordered the Cheddar Cheese Crust the “Manager” tells us “ With all the gages in his ears “ I’m the new manager now and I’ll do Cheddar Cheese Crust this time but that it’s no longer on the menu and my drivers don’t know how to do Cheddar Cheese Crust.” So we will from now on go somewhere else and order our pizza. Somewhere that wants to please their customers and give them what they like even if it’s not on the menu.

We ordered our food online because of a coupon offered for free breadsticks. We got a confirmation email saying our order would be delivered within 40 minutes. After about an hour and a half we called the restaurant to check on our order. When we politely informed the employee about our issue he rudely told us that he tried calling the number we gave and it was invalid. We checked our confirmation email and informed him that the email had our correct number listed. He offered to bring us our cold pizza or give us a refund. Of course, we chose the refund. We ordered from here for the convenience, but instead we were highly disappointed with no pizza and terrible service.

My girlfriend and I are thoroughly unimpressed with this pizza. We were expecting to be wow’ed because of the flavored crusts. We paid 12 bucks for a large pizza and this pizza has no pizazz whatsoever. It literally tastes like a Little Caesars 5 dollar pizza. Cardboard… yeah you know the type. Almost identical. The crust was supposed to be garlic something or another and just did not stand out in anyway. I usually don’t give reviews, but this warranted one. Way over priced for what you get.

Horrible experience here. Ordered xl pizza and 8 inch specialty pizza and 20 boneless wings waited about 20 minutes in the place and got home to discover my wings were the wrong flavor. So I called thinking they would take care of it but he said there was nothing he could do bc they were closed at 10:15PM and the website clearly states they open until 2AM. So after that phone call didn’t go so well the MGR on duty calls me to ask if I had a complaint and he read my receipt back to me as if I was wrong but they had it wrong not the receipt so he goes on to tell me that he could only offer me 30% off the next order even though it was their mistake so I stated there wouldn’t be a next order and the MGR then became rude and very unapologetic. I will never visit this place again and I’m sure your DM will be proud of how you’re running your shift.His name was CJ,he stated that over the phone.

Ordered, paid for, and tipped the delivery driver well. The pizza was excellent! However, I ordered stuffed crust and received my pizza and it wasn’t stuff crust. Was quite bummed out by that.
