Placed online order for pickup at 8:30pm for dinner that night. My credit card was charged. I get to restaurant for pick up and my order was never received. Apparently online orders 30min before close are automatically placed next morning 10am. They said I was unable to get a refund at that time either. I filed dispute with credit card for refund and Firehouse refused it and kept the money. Great food, bad customer service.

Team currently working here did a amazing job. Seems like they are super busy with online orders due to covid19, but during my short wait for the sub, i saw that they worked together efficiently, and communicated well amongst each other. Super disappointing, I used to LOVE firehouse… But now I don’t know why I continue to give this place more chances, it always comes out wrong. I asked for no onions and no peppers. First attempt, the sandwich had both, they said they’d remake it. They did and it had onions on it, again. Then to add just a little something extra, the included a few black hairs in my sandwich. So that was great. You’ve fooled me for the last time Firehouse.

Love firehouse subs! Specifically the Hook N’ Ladder but everything I’ve tried so far on the menu is fantastic and this location is my go to for sure. The owner “Marshall” happened to be there that day and he was very personable and friendly.
