Very pleased to have finally visited Kure! I walk by the Pearl location several times a week, and had always been curious. I finally stopped by last week, and again yesterday, and ordered lunch/dinner bowls both times. The bowls were fresh and delicious and the service was prompt and friendly. I will be back again soon and plan to try a breakfast bowl next.

Their liquid Sunshine is exactly the name. It’s so refreshing & always quench my thirst. Its definitely my go to drink with them. My husband teases me about needing to try other drinks, which I do but it’s such my tride & true. I can’t help it! Haha. The staff is always so friendly & the space us clean & relaxing.

I’m with another reviewer, the food and atmosphere is great but the service is off. Especially if you are trying to get to work on time. What gets me is there are 3 to 4 people working but only one person taking orders and making them. The guy in the orange hoodie was just standing around while this one girl attempted to make 3 orders.

I miss the old Kure (the one before they opened more locations and stopped caring!). Stopped here for a smoothie and decided to buy a breakfast sandwich. First of all the person at the check out looked like she was forced to be there. Then it took 20 minutes for my order to be done. I received Kid Kyoto Matcha smoothie that tasted just like kale with ice – couldn’t taste any matcha or dates or anything else. Then, my $8 sandwich….sigh…it was probably delicious, but I wouldn’t notice it, because it was so tiny. If you charge $8 for a meal, at least make it a little bigger. Come on, folks! What happened?? I used to love your place. Sorry, lost a customer and I don’t think I want to give you another chance. There are many options out there. Very disappointed.

My favorite smoothie place in Portland and I couldn’t be happier that this location opened up in my neighborhood. The Green Kingdom, Kid Kyoto, and Extra Mike are my go-to smoothies, but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The Mission Bowl is also delicious and so is the Golden Elixir if you are looking for something warm.

It was my first time ordering kure ahead online but found the format super easy to navigate and customize. I was promptly greeted at the clearly marked pu counter and courteously given my order which tasted exceptionally good. I had the Liquid Sunshine juice w/ extra ginger and the yummiest vegan breakfast sandwich you could dream of, the avocado & micro greens just takes it to another level of yum!
