Never been so disgusted with how I was treated as a customer. I intentionally placed an online pick up order for lunch simply because it’s convenient in proximity to where I work, and they wouldn’t answer the phone after calling several times to place an order. Not to mention, they never have more than 3 to 5 customers in the store at one given time when I have been there, so the lack of promptness genuinely makes no sense to me.

The food was good, made to order. The restaurant needs a remodel. Faded paint, old papers taped on the walls, no real atmosphere, even if you can’t eat IN these days, it makes a difference to see a neat, clean, well decorated dining area. I would go back but not my top 10 to visit. Other customer said wings and ribs are THE BOMB though ..so maybe next time!

Really Sure
Ordered online, because they have that option. They didn’t have half of what I ordered. Do not order online. The egg roll was saturated in old oil , so the taste was horrible. I’m pretty sure I was over charged for my beef and broccoli. I ordered two and got one. But I wasn’t given an actual receipt of my food. Don’t send another person to pick up your food, if you want things right.

Food actually isn’t bad. But they try to charge you for everything under the sun. I was especially miffed when they charged me .75 for a few flakes of chili pepper. I nearly walked out. I don’t feel I get quite as much value here, as I would at similar places, but I just get a strange feeling here. Like they are a little sleazy or something. Being someone that frequents fast Chinese spots, I try to trust my gut. But again, the food isn’t bad at all, just everything else is a little off putting.

I can honesty say this king house location. Isn’t anywhere as good as the one on Ward’s Road. The Sesame Chicken had barely any flavor, and most of the chicken in it was hard as a rock The Beef and Broccoli was super gross. All it tasted like was soy sauce. Its like that every time i go to this location too. It confuses me. They’ve got more people working there, but its never what you hope it to be. Yet the on Ward’s Road only has 1 guy working there, and its always amazing.
