Stopped here for lunch on our way to Wind Cave national park. I had the redshed sandwich, my husband had the brisket and my kids had the Mac n cheese with smoked bacon. It was amazing! Reasonably priced and the kids got Popsicles after. You eat outside right next to evens plunge, you can people watch and enjoy your surroundings. Definitely will be eating here again

I wish I could give more than five stars for this place. There’s often a wait but it’s well worth it. I was hoping to try the ribs but they ran out as we reached the front of the line. Totally worth the excuse to come back. I ended up getting the pulled pork sandwich, sans bread and cheese, meat only with extra sauce on the side. The sides I got were smoked beans with bacon and brine slaw. My whole meal was incredibly fresh and the most amazing flavors and textures, all of it. I split my meal and still had leftovers. So portion sizes are great for the price.

We are skeptical at first going at this place.They dont have a dollar sign in their menu. But it is awesome they have a good price for their menu..Half pound sandwich (they called it redshed) are awesome and the pulled pork and beansare the best i’ve had compared to others. People walking out there always has the good and satisfying smile. I would not give this a 5 star but a 10 solid star!!

“Is this heaven?” No and it’s not Iowa either! This food truck is in the small town of Hot Springs, SD and our grandsons found it looking at Google Maps, read the reviews and were sure this was the place for lunch! Wow they weren’t wrong! They are all ready for their dad to recreate the pulled pork and smoked mac and cheese sandwich! So amazing! The bread was toasted to perfection. The sandwich is huge and easy to share! We placed our second half on the grill later and it was almost as good as fresh!! Would eat there every day!!

Great spot, family friendly outdoor seating. The Red Shed pulled pork sandwich with mac n cheese is out of this world. Kids grilled cheese is also excellent.

This place is delicious! The mac and cheese is smoked with barbecue and we think brisket on top of it! And those ribs are pretty amazing! We all got something we liked we will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I have been road tripping across the country. After a hike through Wind Caves, we were hungry and stumble upon this treasure. They best ribs I have ever tasted. They just melt in your mouth. Staff was super friendly! A must stop!! Best BBQ I have ever had’
