My husband is in a wheelchair but he likes to go in. The front of the house server was very nasty hateful and mean. My tea was hot it had no ice in it. I had a boberry biscuit that you could throw at a brick wall and break the brick that’s just how hard it was. I have never had bad of service and food I’ve been eating at Bojangles ever since they came to Graham NC. I was on Maple avenue in Burlington NC

Keynotes: ordered a combo and had to go back and ask for my drink; no self-serve drink machine, not even the tea; did not ask what side or sauce I wanted, just put bbq sauce and fries in my box; food was okay, nothing stood out as good quality at this store, thought the biscuits were quite dry which I know is just going to happen sometimes. Not easy to enter the lot. Generally a for me, will not be revisiting unless I know there is some change.

Not only the girl taking orders was very short and dry, but she asked me to park right after I paid. I asked if it will take long and she said NO! I’ve been sitting here for 25 minutes, how is this fast food? And the guy that just brought the food out didn’t bring the sauces or drinks and walks off vaping. If I didn’t have my newborn with me I would walk in and get my money back.

You really have to push me to get me to leave a bad review for a fast-food restaurant, but this place has done it. 20-minute waits for orders that come out wrong. Sullen counter workers who don’t acknowledge the customers. Sullen managers who basically throw the money at the customer when he finally gives up and asks for a refund. I wonder if the Bojangles corporation is aware of how poorly this restaurant is run? I’d close it before I’d allow this to continue.

my food is never fresh when i come here….. asked for a breast and wing and they gave me 2 legs that tasted like they’ve been sitting there since this morning. fries was hard as rocks. the staff was busy talking to each other than paying attention. I should have kept driving and bypassed them. Wasted money!

Absolutely horrible, need to hire more mature workers and not disrespectful kids. My food is yet to be right on the first time, always have me waiting 15 minutes plus for a cold soggy food, honestly thought this Bojangles was going to be good but has it so far, no wonder why it’s always so empty when I ride by. Not all workers are bad just some.

Got my order wrong so I drove back around and the cashier tried to argue with me. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich with no mayo and was rung up and given a Cajun sandwich with tomatoes, lettuce, and etc. I don’t know if there was a price difference but I just won’t be coming back. The order takers need to repeat customers’ orders back to them for confirmation and I shouldn’t have driven off without checking to make sure that my order was correct.
