It was very good and the staff was amazing. we had the fried pickles, the chicken strips , the El Paso burger, the mushroom swiss burger. all of it was good and so was the dessert definitely recommend.

This Diner has a great atmosphere, and the wait staff is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The food is great. The ground beef with fried onions includes 2 sides and desert. I had a salad and macaroni and cheese. The cake with peanut butter frosting was delicious. The kitchen was very clean. The rest rooms were clean and well maintained. If you are traveling in the area, make sure you stop by for a meal. We recommend this for a delicious meal.

What a great breakfast. This was our first time here and I am glad we stopped. I had the western omelet and it was great. At first I thought it was small, but it turned out to be the perfect portion for breakfast. My coffe was always full and if I am in the area for breakfast I will stop again.

The food is mediocre at best, but the people are very friendly. ZERO flavor in their steaks they tasted boiled or steamed but extremely tough. Also very expensive $59.99 for extremely thin steaks 2 or 3 oz of green beans that tasted like vinegar.

Mom had the roast turkey special. It was served southern style as it should be with cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, warm fluffy fresh baked rolls, delicious turkey gravy filled the mashed potatoes caldera too! She also had a side of their Mac and cheese.

What a fun charming home style restaurant in the heart of Bowie. Definetely get the mashed potatoes!! Owner sat and talked with us for awhile. We really enjoyed the food and service.

Now this place is definitely worth the side trip from freeway drive to get lunch. In route from Houston, Texas to New Mexico. Food and service were tops!! Had the chicken Fried steak… yummo, the gravy was as my youngest says.. “Gravy of the Gods”!!

Tried to order biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Ordered, then waitress told us they’re out of biscuits, then we ordered a breakfast burrito, cooks refused to prepare the meal. Very disappointed was really looking forward to eating there. Bummer
