I decided to try out their Digital Display order menu within this Taco Bell. It wasn’t to busy at the time, two people ahead of me. I just wanted to try out the digital pad and see how it worked. The person working the counter who handed me the food seemed as though they were disgusted with my having used the digital device to place the order. He abruptly handed me my bag, wasn’t friendly when I thanked him. Ironically, this was my first time back visiting this taco bell since 2020 after a poor experience.

My husband went back because the gentleman didn’t put my husband’s food in the bag. Then he looked at the receipt and he didn’t put in 5 of the chalupas we ordered and on top of that we ordered beef and he gave us steak we do not like the steak but we have to deal with it (my husband didnt relize untill he got home and i was not about to have him drive back for a third time). When my husband told the gentleman i believe his name was jacob O. Because that is the name on the receipt he was rude to my husband and told him “you dont think i know what i am doing” that is no way to talk to a customer thay just spent $88 at your establishment.

I dont like the Staff Member Andrea as shes basically Like a Robot and she does give an attitude overall best tacobell over all 1 star removed due to non friendly cashier Andrea she made me feel unwelcome with her robotic attitude. Plus shes has a bad attitude to some customers thats why i made sure someone else is at the counter

They got my order wrong when I all I wanted was two deluxe boxes and somehow they got that wrong?? And when I went back to get it corrected they forgot to make it and I ended up waiting 30 more minutes. They said they forgot and didn’t even try to apologize or even let me know. Awful manager. Wouldn’t even apologize for something so small.
