1st time eating haitian food, so I played it safe and ordered fried pork with fried green plantains n veggies n it was amazing… the pork was flavorful and crispy and the veggies is spicy n delicious… I will be trying other dishes soon.

Absolutely DELICIOUS! First off… I highly recommend the jerk chicken! The veggies & rice are sooooo good! Curry chicken was good too. The jerk chicken blows any jerk chicken I ever had outta the water by far!!! Definitely coming back again.. five stars to Mommy

So I’m usually really weary about trying new foods from other cultures, as they usually use spices that my body has a hard time tolerating. But HOLY MOLEY!!! The jerk chicken was ASTOUNDING!! The gentle spice paired beautifully with the more subtle and muted flavors of the rice & beans. Juicy and super tender. The veggies were delicious and a wonderful combo to beat the spice of the chicken. My fiancé had the curry chicken and he loved it as much as I did!! We might just have to make this a semi regular spot for us for date nights

This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. This was an outstanding experience. It started with the friendly people running it. Great people and they had me taste oxtail and then eggplant. Just to taste them. And they were great. I ordered Jerk chicken and some boulet(fried meatballs). Great flavor in everything I tried here, just be forewarned it is a little spicy. But I can’t stress enough the great flavor in the food here. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 9.8.

This was my first time getting food here after being recommended by coworkers, and I am so happy I decided to follow through and give them a shot! I got the legume with rice and beans and a side of Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious, and had generous portions! There are quite a few more things I saw on the menu I’m already preparing to try for my next visit! So glad I now know about Mommy’s!
