I placed an online order only to be told that they didn’t have potpies. Which I swapped for a chicken bowl. The chicken looked like it was cooked in old grease from the grease left in the box. They should have let the chicken drain a little longer. The chicken bowl was food though.

Very slow drive line. I’ve been in line for over an hour. The person there was a 20 minute wait on chicken but tenders and popcorn chicken are ready. Okay so I ordered two meals. There was no acknowledgement that I finished my order and to pull ahead for 3 whole minutes.

This store needs a good cleaning. The white walls are dirty and thr door frame that is visible from the drive through needs repainted. Please take note to clean your store. No one wants to see nasty grime all over the walls. The food was good however they got my order wrong. Also, I didn’t realize I should’ve ordered nugget sauce nor did they ask me if I wanted any.

Wanted to try the new KFC nuggets, so I ordered an 8 pack plus small fries. I got 6 nuggets, no KFC sauce and a biscuit and the small fries. Sorry, but the nuggets were nothing special and the biscuit was rock hard. No wonder the drive through was empty!

This is the 4th time ive come 10-15 minutes to close and the building is already closed down. Today i went 10 before close and took these pictures. They didn’t answer the phone either, and when I pulled up there was a man in a red shirt just walking around when I went to take pictures he ducked off into the office so i could not see him. Very disappointed and tired of wasting my gas.

This place is horrible! We put in orders at the window, they take 30 minutes. We put in orders ahead of time, we wait at the window 30 minutes after the expected ready time because they “didn’t see the order appear on the screen”. More like they weren’t paying attention until we got here. The employees are rude, disrespectful, uncaring, and have terrible customer service. We have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first couple of times but obviously it’s not a fluke. This place is just terrible.

Ordered online to skip the drive thru line. The door was locked at 7:30pm to go inside. I had to wait in the long line. The women at the window didn’t say one word to me. Just stared at me until I said I had a pick up order. I ordered a lemonade and got some kind of orange soda. Also had to ask for the sauces I ordered and she didn’t say a word to me.
