Ordered online. Sat in the stall for over 20 minutes waiting on someone to answer the button after it was pushed. The employees were assisting people who arrived after I did, speedily and with seemingly no issues. Pushed the button again, no response. My food was supposed to be ready at 7:15 to pick up after work and at 7:40 I still had yet to even speak with an employee.

I am so tired of ordering drinks and getting the wrong thing. Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if the drinks weren’t so nasty. And how hard is it to mark the drink between diet and regular?????!!!!! And why are there no cherries or limes in a cherry limeade??????!!!!!! I love Sonic BUT the Sonic on Dayton Blvd. has lost my business. I would rather drive a little further in order to get decent drinks

I love using the app. Getting the slushes for half price is a plus. They are so much better than the ones at convient stores. The popcorn chicken and the onion rings, were delicious.

My overall experience was not great. I’m not a huge fan of Sonic but i do like to give them a chance once in a blue moon, this was that day and again disappointed. I had a kids meal with my order and gave them a coupon, that they did not redeem and just kept it. While i wasnt expecting much from the presentation of the chilli tots, it was quite disappointing. The burger was ok along with the other items on my order. Honestly this is most definitely the last visit to Sonic.

I ordered a strawberry shake they gave me chocolate then wouldnt take it back brought me a strawberry and expected me to pay for it. Ended up taking the strawberry one back. Whole time the 2 people that served and took the order were very rude and had an attitude. I drove 2 hr and had a very bad experience. Asked for the manager and she said she was the manager she wasnt even wearing a mask.

This location needs help. The staff are always great and the order is always spot on but they are so short staffed it took 12mins just to take my order. I witnessed at least 8 cars pull away. That’s a lot of lost revenue due to low staffing. Note: there was one… ONE employee working. One person to take orders and cook and car hop! ONE! And she still had a smile on her face and great customer service. Come on.

The sonic is OK. They’re pretty slow and they never get my burgers right. My drink always has too much ice when I ask for a little light ice. They also give attitude when something is wrong. I love sonic, but I don’t come here anymore even though it’s the only one near me. Definitely deserve some coupons because of the experiences I’ve had to go through lmao
