This place has really awesome food! We ordered cheese sticks with marinara sauce, Supreme Pizza and substituted the pork sausage with bacon and spaghetti and red sauce. Everything was absolutely delicious!!! Next time I plan to get the salad bar as well as it has a very nice selection and all looks very fresh. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful! Definitely plan to return when I’m back in the area. I highly suggest anyone who hasn’t tried it yet to make this their next pizza stop!

This is the best Razorback Pizza in the area. They remind me of how Jim’s tasted back in the eighties which is what made them popular. I hope they keep with what they are doing and not do what the other Razorback Pizzas have done which is deviated from the original recipe. Keep up the great work.

Food is good and reasonably priced. Staff is super friendly and attentive. This is a good place for pizza, salad or sandwiches – if your in the Gentry area and don’t feel like driving to Siloam Springs.

We ordered 2 mini pepperoni pizzas and a ham and cheese sandwich. The sandwich had cubed ham on it like salad bar ham instead of sliced ham. It was a super hot mess. I returned to the store and asked the manager for a refund and he denied me. He said the Gentry Jim’s Razorback Pizza had no affiliation with the Jim’s Razorback Pizza website. I told him it wasn’t a big deal, we would just take our future business elsewhere. He later called and said he was refunding my money for the sandwich, but I have yet to receive it. I don’t see an area to post a picture of the sandwich, but I have a really gross one.

First time here, ordered thin extra crispy pizza to go but got a chewy dough that wasn’t cooked all of the way. Have it baking in the oven now. Disappointed.

My family ordered a thin crust pizza from jims razorback in gentry. Our crust was not thin but of regular/thick width. I called to ask about the crust issue and the owner, I’m assuming, is who I spoke with. He told me that this batch of thin crust was all coming out thick and he didn’t know why. I was waiting for him to apologize and/or give us a free pizza when they have a “new batch in” but he only said, “Well I could offer to make you a new pizza but the crust will come out the same so that doesn’t really help.” And that’s it. There was no “I’m sorry about that” or “let’s get you a pizza voucher for when we have new dough in”, etc. If you don’t care about your customers or care about keeping them and are unwilling to apologize when it’s your business then my family will choose not to support you. And in a small town, good customers and support seems like it would be important to a business owner, but it wasn’t in this case.

Great, simple salad bar. I had a ham and cheese sandwich. Plenty of ham , very little cheese or dressing. VERY, VERY dry. Some people are blaming the cost of product, and supply chain issues. But, come on, cheese and dressing, but not ham? The best thing about Jim’s Razorback Pizza is the fact that they’re not gouging customers like most other restaurants. Good meal for the price. I will there more often because of the value!!

The food is good and we have ordered numerous times and have used delivery several times but today after placing my order for delivery I was told by the lady that I needed to order more than my pizza such as add a bread stick or cheesy bread to qualify for delivery. I have never had to do this in the past and I have talked with the owner several times and he has always made me feel as if he appreciated my business however his workers don’t feel the same.
