Caribou Coffee is great. This Caribou Coffee off Heather Street in Shakopee is horrible. Specifically the employees. Why do I have to get a sigh and an eye roll when YOU make a mistake and forget a coffee off my order? Then go back and whisper to the other employee about it right in front of me. Do you expect me to just pay for a coffee you don’t give me because it’s too much trouble for you to fix it? Why is it that the Caribou by Target has friendly employees who have great attitudes, and if they make a mistake, they apologize and fix it without any issues? Is it something in the air in the Heather St location? Something in the water? Don’t get it twisted – these are not Gen Z high schoolers – these are grown adults. If I didn’t say anything, no one would know, and y’all would keep doing what you’re doing. Hopefully this will help management root out the garbage employees. Go work at Taco Bell if you wanna be a garbage employee. At least you’ll meet expectations over there.

nice people of Unfortunately​ get hired by them is impossible especially with with my work history and I think they may be racist to my skin I don’t know why I done everything that they told me and they still won’t hire me but I do like their drinks especially the Tea and it’s reasonably fair price unfortunately they added too much ice to my drink

Great little spot for this caribou! Drive thru gets a bit backed up (morning rush) which is no biggie. Have the Caribou App and rewards and walk in for your coffee! They are quick! Love it on a work morning!
