The Manager! She is the best. We go there with our children occasionally and she always greets us. Has taken the time to get to know us over the years. If there is an issue, she fixes it. Tonight my son had an issue transferring money to his checking. He wanted to buy dinner for the family. However, his bank was doing updates and it didn’t allow him to. So instead of letting him leave, she allowed him to pay for most of the food and took care of the one meal he couldn’t afford…for us! Such a sweet person! Everyone there is always polite.

Switching from breakfast to lunch we were asked to park by the flagpole and wait for a staff member to bring our order to us as they were waiting on the fries. No traffic in the drive through, not a single customer inside. I waited five minutes then took my receipt inside and demanded my order. Fries were plenty but no sense of urgency among the staff. The burger was cold, so not cooked thoroughly as they were just now changing to lunch. Plus they didn’t get my shake on the order and didn’t offer to make one. This location is in desperate need of adult management snd food service gloves!

The service is slow. Their drink machine and shake machines always seem to be broken down, not in working order. They don’t fill their French fry containers anymore or the drinks. Staff is pleasant, apologetic and helpful but when things are really bad, they just ignore you all together. It’s what fast food restaurants are now since covid has made people in the workforce, delinquent…but I guess that is really everywhere you go now. Mcdonald’s is an old time favorite of most people. Will have to say just give it a try.

Sometimes it just sucks when it’s so busy and traffic is insane in the parking lot, then you have to wait like 10 to get through the drive thru. To be honest though this is when the food tastes the best. Everything is fresh!!! Keep that in mind when grabbing some food! If it’s busy you know your food is going to be fresh. But for the most part McDonald’s keeps everything pretty fresh and if it’s not the way you want it they will re make it.
