Well this was a huge disappointment and a waste of money!! We had to order from here because BROTHERS was sadly close. It took well over an hour to be delivered, and when it arrived it was cold, old, dried, and burnt. Completely uneditable! The mushrooms on the two slices of cardboard black nasty pizza I got seemed to be soaked in ghost pepper sauce!! Might be an exaggeration but who wants hot spicy MUSHROOMS that were cold like everything else. I would of had more satisfaction eating my $45.00! And don’t even let me get started on the soggy grainy dirty breaded mushrooms. I should have called and complained, but I was tired from working all day, and thought ordering out would convenient. I ended having to cook anyway! $45.00 completely wasted.

Okay I’m obsessed with their Cheese pizza. It’s very hard to find a place that makes the perfect combo of crust. Not to thick and not to thin, they nailed it. I’ve. Had other items and wasn’t to impressed but this is my go to when I want pizza. Have dined in before but our waitress wasn’t very friendly so we stick to takeout.

I order from michaels quite frequently and until recently have never had an issue. I ordered 4 slices of pizza and was told it would be ready for pickup in 25 minutes. I got there about 25 minutes later and was told it would be a few more minutes. I sat there and waited another 20 some minutes and went back to the counter and asked the girl if she was sure she looked for the right order because mine should have been done over 25 minutes ago. She went back and pulled it from the oven and gave it to me. When i got home i was livid because it was burned and disgusting. When i told them upon my next visit what happened and showed them the pictures they said i should have called in and they would have remade it. Yeah that’s exactly what i want to do after a hard day’s work…..reorder the food i just waited almost an hour for, drive back across town and wait another hour to eat. Lol

$18 for a medium pizza, and it was burnt. They charge $1.60 for a cup of ranch. And try to say they charged for a small pizza. Mama randazzos is where it’s at for the price, and for the customer service they provide.

I used to love getting food from here. These last few times haven’t been satisfying. Most recent order got a stromboli no ham. Guess that meant undercooked with no ham and no sauce. The steak sub was pathetic and barely warm. Fries were about the only decent thing in the order. Not to mention the lady that answered the phone seemed to be in a bad mood. It’s a shame to see good places stop caring.
