This is one of those “Hidden in plain sight” restaurants. I’ve never seen it busy but the food is very good. They have a good variety in the menu and offer beer and wine along with soft drinks. Overall, remarkably better than some more well known Orange County BBQ restaurants so I will certainly be visiting again.

Overall a good experience. Lots of flavor and taste. Onion rings, Tulsa chips, potato salad and cream corn were excellent! Ribs and chicken didn’t taste very fresh. Carrot cake was just OK compared to places like Stonefire Grill and Pandor Bakery.

We went to Tulsa Rib on Katella tonight at about 7pm. Seated immediately. Our server was Julie, and she was very efficient. Drinks came immediately, soda and iced tea. Explained questions about menu items. She was cheery and helpful. Our orders came out fast and timely, with time between the apps and entree. Oh, so much food. We had potatoes skins, onion rings (delicious), to share. Each meal came with a nice piece of corn bread. I had the shrimp treat, 3 breaded shrimp and 3 bacon wrapped shrimp. Salad, creamed corn, potato choice. Mine was amazing! Hubby got the beef ribs, 3 big ribs, super good “fall off the bone” great, baked potato. Such large servings, we took so much home. Yummy for tomorrow. Great place to eat . Go hungry Service was terrific, ambience was clean and nice.

The food is delicious, the ribs melt in your mouth! They split plates but you get so much food it feels like you have a full plate! The service was a little slow and they ran out of clean plates… so that was a bit of a fail. But they finally washed some dishes and brought some out.

I came with my son last week on Friday evening. I’ve been meaning to post my review of this visit since then. I have not stepped foot at this establishment in years. Perhaps 7-8 years I would say. And last Friday was the first time since then. The place still looks the same and the menu is still the same. When I used to come here , I would come with my ex wife. She would prohibit me from ever eating burgers at restaurants because she always thought it was ridiculous because you can always get a burger at a fast food. Which is understandable. So to make her happy. I never ordered a burger from this place. I always ordered the same plate she would order. To keep her happy. I guess. Don’t get me wrong. Whatever plate was that we would order was always delicious. It really was. So when I came with my son last week. It was his idea. He wanted to come here and stop by. I agreed with the idea since it’s been a long time. So when we came. I did not remember the plate that my ex wife and I would order. I could not remember. So I went with my gut and I ordered the burger. And man. I’ve eaten so many burgers from so many establishments. Of all kinds. I’ve had all kinds of burgers. And I can say. Tulsa ribs has the best burgers. Better than 5 guys. Better than islands. Better than Red Robin’s. I’m sorry. Better than fat burger. The best. The meat. It is indescribable. But it taste like heaven. If I could say that. I mean. I usually never savor my food. I always devour my meals. This time was the first time ever I actually savored anything. The burger was so delicious. I even told my son about my fondness of this burger. My son is 9 years old. He comes I would say often with his mom. Maybe not often but way more times than me ofcourse. So he always gets his usual. Which is boneless beef. And he loved his food. The corn bread is amazing delicious. And the Tulsa fries. Those are truly one of a kind. You can’t get those anywhere else. I will definitely be coming back for sure. But just for the burger. I swear. That burger is so delicious. I ordered it medium. I wish I could’ve taken a picture. But I was not thinking. Next time I come. I will definitely take pictures.

This place never disappoints. Now I’m too fat! Lol it’s hard to not finish everything on the plate. Tulsa potatoes are so good, I just they were slightly crisper. I like them well done.

The cream corn was bland,so was the coconut shrimp and the baked potato was way over cooked and Black-ish in color.the waitress seemed annoyed when I told her about the potato.she did not seem happy at all with our table.the ribs we’re good and so was the corn bread.we paid $114 for 3 of us plus tip.to much for that quality of food and service.we will not be going back there.

Sunday I was looking forward to eating here and as soon as we walked in we were told they just took the last one. Only take out. At the door it read 8:30pm was close time and on google it says 9pm. We arrived at 7pm. No desire to come back.
