I ordered two deep dish extra most bestest pizzas today. You would think that it will be easy right? Wrong… I get home and I’m ready to eat. I open the box and WOW I have the biggest hole ever in my pizza. Yeah I think if you are making pizza for a job, you would know when your putting the dame thing in the box some of the pizza is missing. The store on 107th Ave must have a new guy or gal, no judgment, working today. Just look at my pic’s. They tell the whole story. Someone should answer for this!!!

I ordered 4 pizzas earlier, served one & when I went to open the 2nd one a small brown roach crawled out of the pizza box!!!! Bad enough there was a roach then I hear “eww what IS this!?!?!”- there was a stick/pine needle/hard filament type thing protruding from the slice someone was eaten & it’s BAKED INTO THE SLICE How is this store even open?? Smdh I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering, just disgusting!!!!

For the last 10 days there has been a sign on their window that says they’re Closed until further notice. The lobby is full of pizza racks & the drive thru window is blocked off with boxes. We’ve lived in the neighborhood since 1998. We’ve never had a bad experience there. Sad to see it go.

We never got our pizza after an hour and 20 minutes. Granted, this is a busy location. However, it has no clue how much this affects a customer’s decision the next time. In fact, the next day, when we returned to town, we brought our pizza from Fry’s and baked it ourselves.

Waited almost 20 min in drive threw at 11:30am. Was on the phone 5min for store to answer. No one answered. A car pulled up behind me and left before I did. Definitely losing customers. We ordered dominos down the street.

horrible service. i ordered online and it said to pickup at pizza portal i got there and they had my pizza just sitting there in the back along with stacks of other pizzas, for 20+ minutes, it was completely sauggy and messy. not cut properly at all. a 5 year old could make a pizza better than this, i think its time teenagers arent left in charge of things like this. because from the looks of most reviews several people have had the same experience. maybe check the people you have working for you because their gonna easily be the reason people no longer visit this location.

It’s always a struggle here, even if you order ahead the pizza is never ready to go, i have had to wait as long as 45mins here to get my food, like i previously said even if i order ahead & they give me a time to pick up, the workers are rude & careless. They never try to make the situation better or try to work faster. Ive even encounter employees who seem to be not in 100% sobriety. Will not be back again! I been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt time after time but today waiting for 40 mins for 3 pepperoni pizzas it is way too long. Im done! GET IT TOGETHER!

I don’t know what’s going on there lately. Bread sticks are fresh but crusty and not good. Service is slow and always backed up. There are never enough staff. This place used to be the best. Unfortunately we don’t buy there very much anymore. hopefully things turn around.

It’s dirt cheap pizza in quality and price and you get what you pay for. Honestly I’d rather have a somewhat better tasting pizza from domino’s or pizza hut and feel satisfied. Be patient, the drive thru is always crowded with cars.

This is a negative 10 star review. This place used to have good pizza and decent service but the last 3 times I’ve gone here it was horrid. Order was wrong the first 2 times and I had to wait almost 3 hours after ordering online. The 3rd and final time trying to get a pizza we finally just gave up after waiting over an hour in line at the store to pick up…I had to leave so I filed for a refund and im still waiting on the refund. Been 3 weeks. Nothing. I will never waste another penny or second of my time on Little Ceasars. Pizza Hut down the street on Indian School and 107th ave in Frys plaza is a great alternative, and they deliver!
