Greeted immediately when I came in the door, even being slightly busy or in a lunch rush maybe. Clean restrooms/dining area. Seemed very well organized or great team work in the back between ordering, cooking/getting the food prepared, getting food to drive thru/dine-in/carry-out. Also to mention the front cashier kept a smile on her face & was super sweet/respectful as well ! (Name Dayanara maybe I think?)

It has a become an every time issue at this place with the Hispanic girls that work here NOT providing good customer service, at first I thought they might not be having a good day, but when I come to this place and EVERY SINGLE TIME they are rude, and NEVER give me the sauces they CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR, and on top of that they act like I’m wrong and give me an attitude for asking for the things I PAID FOR, now that’s a serious problem with them. I hope their manager has better customer service skills then they do, and gives them a new training on what great customer service should be. It’s rude and disrespectful to laugh at your customers with your co-workers while we are at the window paying and getting our food, plus give us an incomplete order. SMH

Zaxbys has the best chicken tenders, but the fries have fallen off over the past couple of years. They seem to be always soggy, old, or undone. The service is always great, and I never had a bad experience, but my fav. are the French fries that make it disappointing!

I had order a Cobb Salad and I was already eating it. I was trying to move my lettuce around when I came across that one piece of lettuce with a dead insect. It was stuck to it. I called to let them know about it but I hope no one else finds more in their salads.

You don’t usually have to wait in line long, but there are times when I have sat there a while because they got busy on a weekend. The staff does a good job & the food is always good. They have not ever gotten our order wrong, which is pretty rare if you ask me.

Would’ve gave this Zaxby spot a 4 star but due to how their employees are towards their customers when I’m there it’s hard to see past that. Their food is good and the atmosphere is great. And the person at the register is most of the time friendly. However it’s the attitudes of the young ladies behind the counter, that just kills the friendly customer service vibe completely. Otherwise, everything else of great quality, food, cleanliness, upkeep and timeliness.

I asked for 10 wings, I was told by Raquel that they did not have a order of 10 wings clearly it’s on the menu that they have a 10 wing portion. Once I showed the cashier she told me that they did have it on the menu if I paid separate for the sides which wasn’t a problem. What got me was Raquel (probably spelled her name wrong) still had an attitude I was pulled to the holding area after they gave me my fries and my order was wrong awful! After I complained the young teen she brought me some fresh fries and apologized i I feel that it was a cop out personally. They knew j would argue with a kid. So 30 minutes after my entire ordeal began I departed Zaxbys parking lot. Which is ridiculous considering it’s fast food (yeah right). Horrible service!!! Spend your money else where!!!
