Fantastic customer service AND a happy environment. I personally saw an employee (Gerald) help a gentleman use the online order menu. Tabitha and Loraine have both been invaluable to my lady and I in terms of expeditious customer service more than two times that I know of. We typically use the drive through, however, today we chose to dine in. Upon entry we noticed a clean and inviting environment- something amiss in many fast food joints these days.

In Bell County this is by far the BEST Taco Bell. The service is #1 and the burritos are filled with beef, and the chips in the taco are not fresh and crunchy. Even there tables were supper clean.

I made an online order. When I got to the drive-thru it was closed because they’re working on the speaker. I drove up to the window because I’m just picking up an order. The employee says I can’t do that. I have to go inside. I try to explain I made it online order. She said she can’t take an order through window. I said I did it online. She said I still got to come inside the store. I told her she needs to update the app so that other people don’t have this problem and she rolled her eyes at me.

Taco Bell in Belton (Walmart) WOULD NOT let us order at the counter at a cash register. They were going to force us to use the kiosk. I told them I did not want to. The girl got the manager. She told me I can help you. I told her I did not need help. I knew how to order on the kiosk or the App. I did not want to – we do too much customization. She told me that’s the only way. I told them I was not. And we weren’t eating here if that’s the only way to order food. She could have cared less. Told us to have good day. ♀️ There was a poor older woman who had absolutely no idea how to use that machine. She was really upset. We walked out.

We ordered online thru the app. We placed an order for two party packs. For some reason the app would not let me switch from soft taco to hard taco. I tried calling the store and it was busy, Tried 5 more times and it was busy. Got to the store and called their phone at the counter and it was busy still. I asked for assistance and was told to make my order on the kiosk in an unprofessional manner. Finally when I was helped by the nice lady at the drive tru counter, who also took care of the front counter, was apologetic. However they were unable to locate my order. It took them 10 minutes to see the order was right in front of them. I also ordered 4 hard shell tacos for my wife. When I got home with the food they and shorted me one soft taco, this tells me they cannot count. later that night after eating my wife was ill and barfed up on the floor while my kids went continuously to the bathroom. I had the chicken quesadilla and I to felt very nauseous. The only one who had the bean burritos and chips did not get sick. I called that same night and they took my name and number and have not heard from their HR department as of yet. Stay away from this place. it not worth it. One star only for the nice lady at the counter. This place is in need of an overhaul of staff and management. This taco bell is not a safe place to be. May 6 2023 was the purchase date.

Waited 16-18 mins for my dine in order. Also there is only 1 working kiosk and no one working the register, at 5pm no less. Asked for no lettuce on my tacos, but the tacos still have lettuce in them. Maybe the lettuce and cheese are next to each other on the line, but seems like they mix it together. Asked for extra cheese, which is $0.60 extra per taco. Pretty decent this time but usually it’s only just a small pinch of cheese. Over all I’m disappointed as this location used to do really well.

I paid $1 for 5 cinnamon twists. This is less than 1/2 the size I got last time. My daughter is very unhappy. I’m giving 2 stars because the staff was great.
