Order was messed up AGAIN. Ordered several burgers without onions. ALL burgers had tickets indicating NO ONIONS, but EVERY burger had onions on it. I was also missing food on MORE THAN ONE OCCASION IN ONE WEEK. McDonalds must’ve hired some newfound ‘talent’. Update: Received a Raw UNDERCOOKED PINK patty on 5/8/23 at Lake Odessa McDonald’s. Our orders get messed up 70% of the time, and when we simply ask to have it fixed the employees and some of the managers are rude. There are several employees that work the first drive thru window who do not how to operate their system and struggle every time. We only trust a few of the employees there to get it right.

Ordered burger with no onions or tomatoes and extra pickles and received a burger with tomato onion and no extra pickles, they were rude when we returned to get what was ordered. Went in today and same thing happened and when returning the wrong sandwich to get the right one staff was again rude about it. Sorry but I will go elsewhere from now on. I just have to shout out to this McDonalds. Out of the hundreds of McDonalds I’ve visited in my life, this one is the absolute best. In my opinion, the best McDonalds. The staff are fantastic. The food is always fresh and hot, my order is always correct, the restaurant and restrooms are always clean, and every staff member is friendly and professional. The drive-thru is speedy too! I’ve probably spent thousands on lunch here over many years with my grandfather, and will continue to for many more to come. This store needs to be recognized, everyone here is just top-notch.
