Pizza I gotten was uncooked. It was half way cooked dough and cheese. And on top of that they refused to give me my money back for the 2 bestest uncooked pizzas. Or give me 2 cooked replacements. I can’t even talk to anyone from franchise corporate. Because they don’t return my calls.

This Little Caesars does a pretty good job. They are great at getting orders correct. Which is awesome it’s annoying sometimes to expect to get your food from the portal, only to get to the door to find out it is locked, and you have to then go through the drive thru to get your food. The walk in area was not open so I had to use the drive through. After waiting 15 minutes for the one vehicle in line I finally got to the order window. I ordered 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza. The person at the window then said it will be 15 minutes before I get my order. This usually wouldn’t be an issue but this location wasn’t busy at all.

Ordered online. Said it would be ready in around 15 minutes. Got to the store and their lobby was closed, so I was forced to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru. When I got to the window it turns out I learned that they gave my order to someone else. They said I had to wait until tomorrow morning until I could get a refund when the manager was there. I told him I could not do that as I have work. They said that they “did not know how to give a refund.” DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE FOOD YOU PAID FOR.
