Went thru the drive thru ordered, 2 small fries and 1 large fry and a large coke. Paid got to the pick up window was given the large coke then asked to pull forward. There were 2 cars in front of us that get their orders, then they start bringing out orders for the cars at the end of the line instead of our 3 orders of fries. I go inside to see what is going on, as I’m inside they bring the fries out but didn’t even try to give them to anyone in my truck. I was given the fries on my way out of the restaurant.

This is the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to. I was on a road trip with my family ( I have a large family) when we spotted he McDonald’s. I would have rather they told me that they were closed then get the horrible customer service that I received. I have a son (10) who has sensory issues and refuses to eat anything with any type of sauce. He only eat a few select items. I always order him the two plain cheeseburger meal. I received my order and not only does the burger have ketchup on it it has onions as well. Clearly not what I ordered. I pulled back and asked for my order to be corrected. I was told that the grill was turned off. Well the last time I checked if you spend your money you should at least get what you asked for! I was told that I needed to leave. Which I did not the rude manager finally remade my son’s burgers. When I asked a different worker what her name was I was told no so that I couldn’t complain. His words not mine. This was the single most worst experience that I have ever had at any McDonald’s. The manager is extremely unprofessional and her staff is as well. Horrible experience overall. If I could give it no stars I would.
