This pizza spot is unreal, had stopped by on a whim since we ended up in the area (not from there) and boy was i blown away, staff was very polite and the food was incredible, had a white garlic and tomato pizza and buffalo wings and both were incredible I’m only sad because I ate all of the pizza I had left that same night, it was so good. highly recommend you give them a try it wont disappoint

I got the giant beef and cheddar. It’s what Arby’s wishes their sandwiches would taste like, and honestly, not that far off price-wise. We had an order with 4 items, received 3 initially, but after checking the bag realized it was a sandwich short, after a bit of back and forth they realized that they did in fact forget a sandwich and made it quickly and even tossed a little extra on there for us. That’s great customer service. Atmosphere is 4 stars because they didn’t have the Bills game playing while we were waiting.

Ordered pizza for delivery. I was told it would be there in 45 minutes. An hour passes so we give them a call. We were told the driver was lost it would be there in 15 minutes. 20 minutes pass and we call them again. They informed us the driver was 2 minutes out. 10 minutes pass and still nothing. We called back.. they said the food was now back at the shop, wouldn’t give us their name or let us speak to a manager and then they hung up on us. We call again and they keep hanging up on us. We have ordered from cusimanos for years, but waiting two hours, never even getting our pizza and dealing with the most rude employees ever we will not ever order from there again. Before opening multiple locations make sure you have enough competent staff to run the original location.

The staff is great attitude wise, however this is the 3rd order in a row that has been wrong. We ordered a large pizza with sweet sauce, extra cheese, and half cup-and-char pepperoni and each time they mess up completely. 1st didn’t put any pepperoni, 2nd put extra non-sweet sauce, and this last time wrong sauce, wrong pepperoni, and not extra cheese…all of which we have been charged for. Use to be our favorite place to get pizza from, sadly we will not be ordering here anymore. Too hard to go back to the restaurant to have the order fixed with two young children.

I usto love this place but lately is very poor service I always pay Xtra 3 dollars to switch my pizza sauce to sweet sauce and never get it its been like 5 times that’s Xtra 15 dol but don’t get what I paid for then nobody got a solution but oh u can come down to switch it yeah after I paid 3 for change of sauce 4 for delivery plus tip 5 to the delivery driver yeah nice job..then get a reply that there isn’t additional $3 charge that is taken off at botton of order yeah in their world ain’t no where in my order receipt that says sheet pizza 3dol discounted for sauce unbelievable that he is worried to clarify that his sauce is free but not worried about the poor service that is being provided

Absolutely wonderful pizza with cup n char pepperoni with sweet sauce and delicious BBQ bone in wings. Arrived around 45 minutes. I am visiting and it was definitely good pizza.

This is the 2nd time in a row. My food has been over 45 minutes late. I do not take it out on the delivery driver has nothing to do with him. I always tip him but need to hire more drivers if you want to keep the business.

This new little gem is quickly becoming our favorite place to order. Their Pizza is fantastic they offer cup and char pepperoni, sauce is excellent, the whole pie is great. So far I would HIGHLY recommend! Staff is super friendly as well

Ordered a large special at 426 was told 45 minutes not bad after an hour we called and was told it was on the way. Driver got here at 610 with an excuse of not in the right area. Pizza was kinda burnt and cold had to reheat and the wings were like rubber. This is not okay one bit. Nothing of this experience will make us order from them again. I changed my review not on food quality but on the fact that the owner reached out explained the circumstance apologized and made it right. There’s not alot of places that will do that take there time and correct there mistakes. Definetly appreciate that.
