Spinners is located in the historic Peoples State Bank building that was built in 1912. People’s State Bank merged with Farmers and Merchants State Bank to become Security State Bank and eventually closed due to the Great Depression.
In 1944 it reopened as a neighborhood pub named Spinners, and have served numerous hundreds of thousands people since then. Most recently an extended patio was added in 2018, and in 2020 an interior remodel was completed. Spinners serves classic American cuisine, frosty ice cold beer and a variety of beverages in a friendly setting for all ages.

I called and ordered a salad , we originally planned to use to lettuce for BLTs at home and the convenience of stopped into spinners sounded better than running to the grocery store vs stopping in at our local spinners located on my block. I paid for a whole salad and after getting home I realized I needed dressing with it. When I walked back to get dressing for the salad I ordered the employees refused to honor what I paid for saying I had wanted the salad plain and refused to acknowledge that I had paid it. The service was incredibly petty, ride and inconvenient. I would not recommend this kind of service to anyone looking to have a good time, or wanting to get value out of there money.

Nice clean bar with decent menu. Food was prep quickly and tasted good. The only negative is it’s a small local pub and seemed very clicky. My opinion the8 should have the bartender tend bar, and put a couple servers on the floor so the bartender can tend the bar and someone can take the orders and pick up from the kitchen. I will go back, probably just not at lunch time!

Typical bar inside with a really nice outdoor seating area. We ended up inside due to the heat and the music was so loud you could barely hear the person next to you talking. The food was good, the “tall” beers were huge, service was adequate.
