I would give this place negative stars This place is trash… from the people that work their to the food. I ordered the “shogun special” and the chicken had a nice sized piece of metal. I took my food back to get a refund and the manager didn’t seem concerned AT ALL.. No apologies no nothing. I will NEVER step foot in this place ever again..

Love the vibe and food. The chef cooking right before your eyes is fun and interactive. Food is delicious. FYI, they do add a service charge on to your bill. That tip is split between the chef and your server.

Try the Chinese food!!! We’re regulars at Shogun, but we sit on the Chinese side for Chinese food. The food is usually A-1 most of the time and we enjoy our service during the less busier times. Busy times seem a little chaotic and it seems hard to get a hold of the waiter.

The show was very good as usual. The food was tasty. I have been to the Shogun on Hall Road and I think it is a little bit better than this one. I asked for extra vegetables instead of rice. It didn’t look like I had twice the amount of vegetables.

My son ordered the steak with salmon on two different occasions, forgot the salmon twice in a row ! Appears they use pink salmon the cheapest salmon you can get. Portions are mediocre at best, prices are high plus they add an 18% “service charge ” to everything. Not as good as they used to be some years ago.
