I’ve had the original Holeman & Finch burger. I’ve had the ones at Ponce City Market. I’ve had the ones at Turner Field. All fantastic. I tried these at a World Series game back in 2021 and it tasted like a generic ballpark burger. I went to a game last night and decided to give it another shot, waited 20 minutes in line and paid $20 for a very burnt burger. Half of it tasted ok. But how do you send this out of the kitchen? It was a bit crunchy. Never trying these again. It’s a shame because a true H&F burger is amazing.

I love a good cheeseburger and have heard so much hype about the famed H & F burger. Visiting Truist Park for a Braves game, what a great time for a burger. I was so disappointed. Bland, dry, tasteless. Please don’t waste your time. The Dasani had more flavor. The fries were okay. Everything was lukewarm. Everything needed salt. None offered. A waste of $30. No seating. Had to find a seat near the pavilion.

Not sure why the low score reviews for these ballpark burgers. The staff is working hard for the masses to enjoy a double patty cheese burger. Sure it’s $17 but every thing at Truist is expenses like beer for 10 and 11 dollars. These burgers are dang good.

A new location opened a few weeks ago and my coworker and I thought we would give it a try. When we arrived it was cold and they had the doors propped open. We asked to close them and two employees had to go find a manager and asked permission to close the door which seemed absurd but not a big deal. We ordered and for a burger and fries it was $15. That is pretty steep but you get what you pay for so we will see what happens. I asked for a ranch on the side and the lady said they could not do that and had to ask a line cook who told her that obviously we can accommodate that request. The burger was good but the order of french fries was pathetic and underwhelming. There were 18 french fries in a bag that was four times bigger than it needed to be. When we were leaving my coworker asked to have his drink refilled and they refused saying it was cross contaminated. This was the first day they had opened this location and we were the only people in there. To say no to this request was definitely the straw that broke the camel’s back.

Not bad at all. As they say ‘Burger Time All a the Time’ and that time was really good for me. I grabbed the original burger, and a soda. You can order a chicken sandwich, a veggie burger or a hot dog, beside the beef burger. They also sell shakes. The order comes really fast and hot. I loved it.

I ordered the Original and was underwhelmed. It was not freshly prepared as it given to me right away. The meat was dried out and the fries were meh. They also didn’t charge me correctly for what I ordered so always ask for a receipt from this place. The price is also insane considering what you get. I wouldn’t get food from here again. Just eat before you go into ballpark.

Not as good as it was in turner field, the bun tasted straight out of the bag and the burger was dry.A little let down as I’ve had these at turner field and ponce market and for $20 you expect it to be great as it is/ was in the other locations.

Wow. Truly one of the best burgers I have ever had. The melty cheese and sautéed onions is perfection. And the buttered bun…perfect ball game food!

Went expecting to get the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich…cause it’s on the menu they have posted online. It was not Nashville hot…just plain dry chicken sandwich. The bun was so hard it crumbled like stale toast. Asked for ranch when I ordered and was told it was with condiments…they don’t even have ranch, so they lied when I ordered. Daughter wanted a burger with out the onions, they said they don’t modify. The fries were cold. Just horrible all the way around. There won’t be a next time, but seriously just tell people you don’t have what they want and let them go spend $20 on a burger somewhere else.
