Hidden Gem outside of Tampa. We visited this place while on vacation from New Orleans. I’ve been craving that Cali Burger ever since. A great place to go if you have a dog as well. Outdoor seating. Definitely will return even if I’m just driving through here.

This is not a burger you compare to the “gourmet burgers” out there, and it is not a fast food burger, food here is made to order. I have been wanting to try this permanently parked food truck for over a year. Reviews were good but noticed some bad ones recently, so it was my turn. I live by a simple knowing, when burgers or beefs are messy, they are good! I’ve never had a messy burger that was not good. I had their staple, the California burger and really enjoyed it. I would not recommend eating it in your car or at your work desk. I went through a bunch of napkins. Very cheesy and it even has some potato chips on it for texture. The bread got more and more soggy as I devoured it, a good thing in my burger world. The cheese just oozed out the sides, mmmmm.

If you want a burger that yells “this IS a hell of a burger” then this is what you need. This is the kinda of burger people romanticize in movies and shows. The French fries are made with real potatoes, the meat is juicy, the cheese is melty and the drinks are cold! Burger is huge so make sure you have time for a food coma. Delicious.

I love their salcipapas. They don’t mess around when it comes to the food. The service isn’t the best, but that’s probably due to a language barrier. I don’t speak Spanish and they had trouble understanding me. Now I know that so I don’t ask questions. I just hand them $10 and say salcipapas. Year later update and the food is still amazing and the price has remained the same. They did shrink the portions a bit, but it’s still one of the best value places to eat in Town n country. Try the quesadilla burger it’s freaking awesome

We are visiting Tampa and looked up places to eat, specifically places we cannot get back home. This place popped up based on the reviews we chose to try it. This place did not disappoint!! Food was so good, seasoned perfect, we ate there as they have a covered sitting area. Food came out in about 20 minutes, cooked fresh. I definitely recommend this place.

Horrible food! We ordered, then noticed that the burger patties were pre-cooked, sitting out in the heat on the side board. We should have just cancelled our order, but we felt obligated because we already ordered. We didn’t even eat it, took it to go, and then threw it out. Weird coagulated “cheese sauce” and the bun was falling apart. What an incredible waste of money..$ 34.00 thrown in the trash, because we were to grossed out to eat it. The health department needs to address food sitting out.

This is THE hangover spot! The Colombian people here are so lively and kind! They have music playing, the food portions are grand, and the food is beyond delicious. If the old man is behind the counter, you’re in for quite the meal! Try the Hawaiian empanadas (my new favorite!)

Seriously would not recommend this place – the whole place is super unsanitary, the guys working wouldn’t wear gloves, and I felt so grossed out eating my soggy burger that I threw it out and went somewhere else. I’m all for eating at local places especially food trucks, but this place was disturbingly disgusting.
