I went in to get a couple shakes. Very good taste. I have ordered from here a few times. The only issue I have is the staffs training. All I asked was what’s in the seasonal shake. The person ringing me up did not know. Clean, consistency, and trained staff.

I had the power house salad. This would have gotten 5 stars, but the hummus was SO SPICY that I had to take it off. Even my husband, who eats wings as hot as he can get them, thought it was spicy. May I suggest that you make it mild or advertise it as super spicy. Staff was very nice and order was ready very quickly.

For some reason my sandwich was so peppery today. Typically I enjoy a toasted deli sandwich but, today seemed like staff must have gone way too heavy on the black pepper?? My lips and tongue were tingling and burning after just a few bites. I love these sandwiches and am hoping today was a fluck bad sandwiche.

Went to go get something to eat from here. Waited about 5 minutes for an employee to come to the register, and no one came. There was no one in the store at all. Not sure if the place is understaffed or what’s going on, but it was super disappointing.

We are Potbelly fans ..we usually eat at the Bloomingdale location and whenever we get anything from the Bolingbrook location we are bound to miss something in the order and we feel that the people have problems working there …we picked a Powerhouse today and it came without the dressing…we did not want tomatoes in the salad and they gave tomatoes ….I threw away the salad and promise not to go there anymore…

One of the newest locations but literally the absolute worse! Ordered sandwiches for take out and we literally were not able to eat them because of how many hot peppers were in all of them. It seemed like the only ingredient in the food were handfuls of hot peppers- it was just awful. Apart from that, big chunks of unripened avocado accompanied it- all the sandwiches we got were completely inedible and unenjoyable. Please do better.
