The experience was horrible. I ordered online and arrived. And my order was not ready and I had to pay a service fee and tips and had to wait half an hour for my order. The lady working the counter was rude. Did not tell me that I had to wait for my order to be made. And the establishment is in horrible condition. Cleanliness was appalling. The fried pickles I ordered were hard as rock and I could not eat them. I spent $50 on this order.

Have been here several times throughout the years, but have limited visits due to them being a little pricey. Customer service was always great, and I have rarely had an order messed up, except for one time when the shrimp seemed burnt. They replaced it, plus let me have the original order. Wish I had pictures but I love food so I just start eating before thinking about it .. The lady that served obviously has been there for a while. She served me last time I came in and she was great. She always offers me extra items just in case. I would like to try anything new. She told me 10 to 15 minutes. I believe I only waited like 10 quick and face and efficient. The atmosphere is okay only because It’s more like a top tier Fast food restaurant. You are kind of in and out. No just hanging out. Eating inside for the atmosphere to be a five star.
