I had fried house salad with an extra strip. Was delicious. I missed my crispy onion crunchy things. Guess they were out of them. It’s happened before at other Zaxbys. Great service.

I was there just after 6pm and they were out of sweet tea, they were not even going to be making any more. The portion of the chicken fingers were so small. It was like 2 1/2 fingers and very narrow. I started to order online via phone, but was unable to request no ice with my drink. The price was going to be about $8.50 after taxes so that is what I was expecting to pay. After ordering at drive thru, the same order was to cost me about $1.00 more, why is this so? The crinkly fries were good (best part of the meal in fact). The Zaxby sauce barely had any flavor to it. The slaw was runny, not chilled enough.

Getting out of the hospital recently, I was on a light diet. My wife ordered us salads. I had a Cobb salad with grilled chicken. It was very good. Salad was fresh and the chicken had a great flavor.

Pretty clean restaurant. Both ice machines were empty. Imo, you shouldn’t have to beg for ice nor salt for a $7 “snack plate” while employees are s standing around talking to each other.

Chicken appeared to be cooked last week, super dry! Also way too salty! Save your money and cook at home! You get enough Zaxby sauce for one super dry tender. Extra sauce cost you EXTRA!!!
