The staff were very kind and answered all our questions. The pizza was delicious with a sweet sauce and plenty of toppings. The cheese bread was soft and garlicky, beautiful. Their garlic butter is made with real chunks of garlic in a 4oz container, which is amazing!

Great employees and great pizza and spaghetti house! They were the first pizza restaurant in the kanawha Valley. Before Gino’s, we had to make our own pizza from Chef Boyardee kits……lol. Gino’s will always be an old favorite !

We ate at the Quincy location. Service was S L O W and it was not due to being crowded. The waitress was exceptionally RUDE! Our grandson was getting drink refills for us and she told him to tell us “to get off our lazy butts and get the refills ourselves”! Never again! You would think that GINO’S Management would ensure their staff were more professional but I guess with staff shortage and back holler broad will do.

I used to work in this store 31 years ago lol The staff working there now are great! Friendly and the food came out very quick and tasted great! My kids were full of questions about when dad worked here. We had a great time for afternoon sandwich and fries.

On a Tuesday at 3pm. It took 1 hour for a sandwich and a pubwhich. 25 minutes of that time, was waiting in the store after calling in the order and being told 30 minutes.
