It’s a decent place for a fast pizza buffet. We were looking for something fast and quick and Papa’s Pizza fit the bill. It was at 30 minutes before the pizza buffet ended, so we ended up getting the last of the buffet. The pizza was hot but was starting to get hard. Had we come earlier I believe we would have enjoyed it more. The low rating is from the comments from employees about hoping a tornado comes and blows the restaurant away! If you have these feelings, please don’t share them with customers !

Oh I so loved this place but the head manager left/retired and the place isn’t the same since she left. The pizza is generally good and the pan pizza is great. It has a small dining room and does a buffet most evenings. The dessert pizzas are a big hit with my daughter. They have stuff like spaghetti and bread sticks on the buffet too but I can’t review them because I don’t get them. The pizzas are cooked in a conveyer belt type oven if that makes a difference to you. Used to be 5 stars but down headed to 4 after the manager left.

So we went to eat at buffet this evening 4 adults 1 child. Ask for 2 different kind of pizza never got them salad bar had very little tomatoes and pasta sauce was all dried up. Cold pizza on bar. Well to guys came in got the pizza on bar they wanted. We finally got up after 30 min. Used to eat here 2 times a week. Lost our business. Used to be a good place to eat don’t know what happened. We will take out buisness to Elizabeth. Also no one ever takes garbage out .

Great experience. Delivery was on time, the food was out of this world delicious. I’m not sure where you people get these bad reviews on this place from but maybe you need to try again lol the cinnamon sticks were the absolute best ones I’ve ever had. We also ordered the bbq chicken pizza squared and it was SUPER delicious. My kids were also very happy with this place

The buffet is good for the price although all drinks are sold separately. Don’t expect this place to taste like a different pizza place they have their own unique flavor. Try the Buffalo bbq.

We stopped in for the first time last night around 7:30 to 8:00 p.m. time frame to the Denton, NC location. First, when we walked in the group of teenagers working behind the counter looked dumbfounded, like a group of six to ‘dine in’ and they had no idea what to do. Then no one acknowledged us, we had to go up and ask for a menu and the girl acted like it put her out (rude)! We then looked at the buffet and minimal at best for the salad bar and the pizza liked like it had been there all day! When we started to sit down the tables were sticky and dirty! Needless to say we all decided we should find another restaurant to go to. When we were walking out, not one person asked if they could help or even wanted to inquire why we were leaving. We went around the corner to Elizabeth’s Pizza and the difference was like night and day! Great service, clean tables and fresh food! I am suprised the owner of Papa’s Pizza in Denton doesn’t keep a better eye on how his or her business is being ran and represented!!! Will never go back!!!

Beautiful and cheap buffet, looking for that quick fix of pizza? Say no more Papa’s is the place to go. Craving bread sticks from Olive garden? Wouldn’t waste your time or money going because the bread sticks here make theirs look like dry biscuits. Whatever you’re doing keep doing it and make sure to stop on in and enjoy.

They need to hire someone besides teenagers who don’t know how to do their job!!!!!!!!! They have gotten my order wrong the last two times. We called in a delivery, they said it would be 30 minutes. We didn’t get our food for over an HOUR. Only to have mine be wrong! They act like they can’t be bothered to WORK. They need to get new staff in there immediately! These young kids need to learn work ethic, they’re getting paid so they need to actually work.

The people were so rude. They acted like we interrupted their jam session in the back.. music was so loud. Pizza for buffet took over 20mins to come out. Which is ridiculous!! It’s so sad. It use to be a decent place to eat.
