I placed my order online for delivery. The delivery person dropped it at my door and walked away. I opened the door and say that my cheesy bread was NOT there. I asked him and he shrugged and mumbled something incoherent. THEN, I noticed that I was also sent diet coke rather than regular coke. I tried to call the store and have been on hold for TEN minutes!!!! This is the WORST place!!!

I’m a loyal dominos customer because they deliver decent pizza. I ordered online for delivery and decided since I was already out and got to be driving by anyways that I would just rather pick it up. They were very accommodating. They get bonus points for being professional over the phone. Good job! Until I got into the store.. one of the girls making the pizzas had these long fake nails. Those things harbor bacteria… actually paying took forever. Seemed like the man working the register didn’t know what he was doing.

Ordered delivery and order never came. Went to the store the next day and the worker said he could give me a free pizza. Was happy with that but when the pizza came out I asked if the refund for my 50 dollar order would be on my card in around 3 business days. He replied oh we can’t do a refund that’s why I gave you a free pizza. I replied how is a 7 dollar medium 2 topping pizza worth 50 Dollars to which he replied that pizza is actually worth 30 dollars.. then he told me to come back in an hour when his manager would be there for the refund… and he snatchedthe pizza back that he gave me after I waited 15 mins.. worst customer service pretty much ever.

This dominos is a joke. Ordered 2 pizzas, wings, and soda from them. However I was only delivered one cold pizza and Buffalo wings with no sauce, they forgot one pizza and soda. When I called them I was on hold forever listening to infomercials about how awesome dominos is, when a real person finally answered they told us they can’t deliver our missing items because it’s a 2 hour wait and stated “we can give u a pizza coupon” we were not even offered a refund for the missing items. And when we asked for a refund the employee got mad and said fine ill refund you then rudely hung up the phone. If u want good pizza or good service I suggest you try a better pizza place, going here will only leave u disappointed and hungry, questioning your life decisions.

Rude! The guy who answers the phone was rude and the manager was even more rude! I told the app when I ordered I would pick up the pizza at 6pm on the “order ahead”, but the app said it wouldn’t be ready until 6:20. When I called the manager was extremely rude and belittling. This was not the first time either.

Domino’s, I’ve always felt we had an understanding. I don’t go to you for highly artisanal expensive pizza experiences. I go to you for affordable comfort food level pizza. I’ve only ordered from this location twice but both times were great. My delivery drivers were Ryan and Justin. Both times my order arrived a little earlier than the estimated time. The delivery guys are really nice so make sure to tip!
