Bojangles is where it’s at! Used to eat this in college faithfully back in Huntsville, AL! My wife put me on and when we moved to Memphis about 9 years ago people used to talk about there was a Bojangles here a long time ago but it shut down!

Food is good customer service is trash. Staff does not greet you upon entering or acknowledge you at the counter. Once you place your order be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes before you get your food. And for this reason I will not return to this location

I have been very pleasantly surprised to find this Bojangles. The service is always fast, accurate and courteous. It is a refreshing change from some of the other fast food places. Oh, and the serving size for the item I choose is awesome. Thanks!! Keep up the good work!!

This location on Whitten Rd Rd just opened and the wait was 1 hour 40 minutes in the drive through. I should’ve researched this location because the only chicken being served is freaking tenders. The chicken was over battered and slightly dry. The rice was seasoned well along with the Mac & Cheese (2 Stars) Biscuits were the best part of the meal. By the way, I didn’t get ANY of the sauces and the jug of tea wasn’t secured. Not worth a second visit for me, just wasted my money on a 12 piece.

I’m still upset that they don’t serve bone-in chicken but, as far as the food they do serve. Chicken was delicious and fresh. Fries are good with the seasoning they put on them, fresh this time not like every other time that I’ve went and they were old. This biscuit though, it looked flat about the thickness of a pancake. I kid you not, for a place that touts them as homemade with 49 steps, it was flat and hard like they had used all purpose instead of self rising flour. Really. Disappointed.

Had hi hopes for this place. I came after my mom carried on about how “great” the biscuits were (it’s my weakness, lol).

Ordered 2 family sized baked macaroni & cheese with our 2 seperate meals, but one ended up being rice. Didn’t notice this until getting ready to eat because it was put direcly in the meal box while the other one was in a seperate bag. Who thinks to dig through there & look? Was honestly highly disappointed. When paying for something, a person expects to get just that

The rice is so salty that I cannot eat more than a few spoonfuls at a time.

Terrible. Chicken it’s self was okay. The sides was not nothing special. The tea was awful, the people working behind the counter was not friendly at all. Almost like we was bothering them cause we was there. The place was dirty. I do not recommend this place. I will probably never visit another Bojangles again.

They have chicken sandwiches that are so tasty they’d make you weep. Huge slices of pickles, huge tomato slice, and a huge hunk of tasty fried chicken that is definitely superior to chick fil a. Chick fil a was my favorite chicken spot til now. Bojangles got them beat.
