Called in an order, was told 25 minutes and was okay with that 45 minutes later finally got a a text 45 minutes later. We didn’t look at the pizza at the restaurant which is on us, but 12 pepperoni on a large pizza really. And not sure who taught the person who cut our pizza but I am sure they need more help. I did try and call the restaurant four times once we noticed how the pizza looked and the shortage of toppings, but funny thing they never answered our call. I called four or five times!! Guess I will call their corporate office today.

Waited over 1 hour for our pizza. People that ordered after us started getting their pizzas. So we asked about it and they said our pizza was coming. No apology or anything. Pizza came about 20 minutes after asking about our order and it was the wrong pizza. Since at that point we had already waited for 1.5 hours, we asked for a refund. They gave it to us but no apology. Won’t be coming back here. Lost pizza needs to get lost.

First time visiting this establishment. Went early on so no wait. Ordered our pizza and it came to the table in what felt like 10 minutes. It was so fresh and very delicious. I don’t know what kind of cheese they use but it’s the real deal. You really get your bang for your buck. I will visit this place in the near feature for some great pizza

It’s clear they take customer service very seriously! From the moment we walked in, the girl behind the counter had a huge smile and was so friendly taking our order. We did have a hiccup where two peoples orders came out well before the third and we didn’t want to eat yet. We waited for a bit and didn’t want the food that had been served to get cold. After a time, we inquired where the third guests order was. Our server promptly came out and apologized for the delay, and brought an appetizer on the house. We were really happy with this gesture- those things mean a lot! We also noticed that the manager made rounds, checking on every table. Love it!

Lost Pizza Co. Is a great local pizza spot. They have their own selection of pizzas to choose from, but you can also create your own. I suggest using what they have and adding to it. They also have wings dessert pizza and soda tea and lemonade. All their locations have a very eclectic mix of decorations. Customer service is good. Prices are acceptable. You definitely should give them a try.

I’m so aggravated with this place. For starters I ordered online for pick up at 11:30, I got there at 11:35 (wasn’t even greeted, I had to greet him! (the guy at the counter said it wasn’t ready it would be a few minutes. So I said okay. That’s fine and I have a seat waiting . (I’m on my lunch break mind you) 20 minutes later I go to the counter to see how much longer he thought it would be. He went to the shelf and pulled my order !! I said how long has my order been ready ? I should have been alerted when it was ready being that I was sitting there waiting!! He said oh probably a few minutes! Probably more like 15 of the 20 I was waiting, but you know what— Never again! Especially when i wasn’t given an Apology or a smile from anyone there to begin with

Lost Pizza Co. in Ridgeland was a fantastic place for a quick bite. The Cashier/host answered our questions since it was our first visit. We grabbed 2 items from the menu: We got the Lucille pizza [we trimmed the tomatoes and added pineapple] and Fried Ravioli. My only wish was if they carried Coke Zero or a Zero sugar soda [Diet coke is just terrible], but oh well it’s a very minor issue. I snap a photo of the dining room, our pizza, and ravioli.
