The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. She treated the customers that were of a different race (that were NOT minorities) entirely different than those that were. I was also wearing my military uniform when she conducted herself this way, so she clearly does not have respect for the military either. I don’t recommend coming to this location AT ALL, especially if you are a minority. Jimmy John’s, please do better with who you all decide to hire for management.

I ordered my food at 11:50 it is now 1:10 and still no food. I called the store after an hour and she said the driver took 4 ordered out and to wait 10-20 mins and if I still don’t have my food to call back. And its also annoying if you are ordering more then one sandwich the delivery fee goes up 2.00 each sandwich even though it is on the same order. This will be my last time ordering

I ordered a sandwich for delivery and was never delivered my sandwich. I called the store and the manager that claimed she “dropped it off” but she never did. She said she knocked three times and waited two minutes for a response before leaving it outside. She never knocked because we have a VERY vocal chihuahua that barks at any and every noise at the door. Additionally, myself and TWO of my roommates were sitting 5 feet away from the door from the time I ordered the sandwich to when it got allegedly delivered. I will never order delivery from here again because she made it very clear there was absolutely nothing she could do for me even after continuously lying over the phone.

I’ve never had so much trouble with jimmy johns. I ordered wrong the app my fault but by the time I got my food there was no point I could have gone gotten food from another restaurant or fast food place and been back. The lady I talked to on the phone today was so rude. So so rude. The delivery guy was nice though. Wrong drink. By the time I got me original drink it was watered down. No ice. Worst service.

It took over an hour for my food to be made and delivered. I was willing to let that slide. Then the girl that delivered my food was so rude! I had a hard time getting my pens to write on the receipt. I was planning on tipping cash but hadn’t got a chance to get it out. She snatched the receipt and rolled her eyes as she stormed out. I told her Thank you still only to be ignored until she was out the door where she made some comment under her breath. She missed out on a good tip just because she couldn’t get passed her attitude long enough to show a sliver of customer service. I called the store to let the manger know and they didn’t even ask for my receipt number just if it was a guy or girl.

I’ve know this location to take awhile in delivery so I ordered early thinking I would receive it in time for my lunch hour. I ordered at 11:21am but the food did not arrive until 12:45pm. Yes I was upset, so upset, I called the store but the manager was not helpful and disrespectful! This is poor service and I will not be eating here again!

I order from here frequently because it’s usually convenient, but the last several months the service has become so slow. Freaky fast that’s a joke. I ordered my food ahead of time and placed a future order so I can assure my food is here in time for my lunch break my order time was set for 1145-12 it is now 12:22 and I am still waiting on my food as I type this review. What’s the point of future orders if they don’t arrive on time? I was a delivery driver for 2 years in a busy area, and always got my timed orders out on time or within a few minutes of the delivery time that was set, even when carrying more than one order and I was the only delivery driver for my store so what’s yalls excuse?

I walked in that restaurant in the middle of a huge catering order. There was a guy there making those sandwiches faster than I’d ever seen! But being despite being that busy, he took time to greet me, take my order and expedite my order to get me on my way. That’s the kind of service I’m looking for!
