You all get a one star today for your service! When I come into the store and order was placed ahead of time I expect for it to start being made while I’m at the store waiting when I get there especially if there is no one else in the store or in drive-through. The order may have said it was supposed to be picked up at 5 o’clock but you do not take your time and get three groups of people that come in after me food out before me. Then when I expressed my concern, the workers try to press that they’re not going to make sure it’s ready until 5 o’clock and then talk over me as well, and couldn’t even get out all that I needed to say. This is unacceptable! Do better! And I won’t be picking up from this location again and you lost a delivery driver and potential new customer!

If it had not been for Nicholas this store would have gotten 0 stars. I get an email from dickeys that read about pulled pork sandwich with drink 5.99 or another sandwich with drink 8.99. So I went in to this dickeys & asked about the special & was quickly told No, you have to order online.

I have found Dickey’s to be quite good for a fast food, BBQ concept. My first time at this location, and was a bit disappointed they slushed my entire meal together on one plate. They guy taking my order was looking down and mumbling, so I figured he was talking into his headset. Nope, he was agitated when I did not answer him. The woman cashing me out was also too busy looking at receipts to bother making eye contact with me.

We have reps that order food for us from this location( I am assuming since it’s only 5 minutes from my job) but I will never eat Dickey’s again. I found a dead roach in my salad and I almost vomited because I didn’t see it until after I ate some of the salad. This is the 2nd time this has happened to the staff at my job.
