Let me just say that Charlie’s is a spot that I visit frequently. I recently visited this location and was extremely disappointed with my experience. First of all, the food did not taste the same as it does in the mall. It was bland and lacked any flavor. Secondly, my order was completely incorrect. I had ordered a specific sandwich , but what was brought to me was something completely different. When I tried to explain the mistake to the woman who took my order, it was clear that she was having trouble understanding me. Her English was very poor and it made the entire ordering process frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food was subpar and the service was even worse. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.
