Goodness Cooks is a lifestyle choice that will help you LOVE your food and feel better, too. Our unique pick-up program is great for anyone who wants to have amazing prepared food to take home and eat throughout the week. We cook with quality ingredients that are local, organic and always free of any additives. Our weekly menus are gluten-free, dairy-free and nutrient-dense. We make healthy food taste delicious by using fresh herbs and spices and drawing on our backgrounds in holistic cooking and nutrition. And there’s something on our menus for everyone – we have vegan, vegetarian and paleo options and treats as well. Order online each week Thursday-Sunday and pick-up on Tuesday from 5:00-6:30pm at our home at Blue Dogwood Market.

I’m super conscientious about my food — and also always trying to get healthy food on the table for my family every night — and Goodness Cooks has been a game-changer for me. I order 5-7 dishes, and use each of the delicious components to fill out multiple meals for the entire week. The fact that they use super fresh, seasonal ingredients, healthy fats, low salt & sugar, makes it feel like it’s something I would cook for myself, if I had the time & skill & imagination. The exciting, original dishes make me feel nourished and satisfied — and not at all heavy like restaurant take-out can feel. Add to all that the fact that they support local farmers, have an eco-program to reduce waste & are part of the amazing Dogwood market, and I couldn’t be happier to have them in my refrigerator.

I truly can’t say enough about Goodness Cooks! Every Thursday the menu comes out, and Tuesday is pick up. Two highlights of the week 🙂 I’m so thankful to have nutritious, delicious, organic food thoughtfully prepared, which takes some cooking stress off this mama.
