I try not to go to this location unless I am in the area on the way home. Multiple times they have forgotten part of my order for delivery, or I have gotten the wrong things when ordering online. I NEVER receive extra cheese when I order. Some days it takes 2-3 hours for a delivery, I’ve been asked multiple times if I still wanted my food 2 hours after I order it . If I say no, they can’t refund my money, but want to give me a credit instead. I usually try to go to the one up the road in Red Bank. They have always treated me as a valued customer, have never gotten my order wrong, and I always am welcomed with a friendly greeting, regardless of how busy they are.

Katelynn is amazing and communicated issues with my online order right away ! I didn’t want to cause her too much trouble having to do credits and such and we came to a happy resolution fast. I will not ordered food from here again. I ordered cheeses bread sticks for my 3 year old and it was hair baked in the bread. Called back to report it and was told they would give me a $10.00 credit. What in the world is a $10.00 credit… Really Domino’s…..

Dominos really SUCKS!!! I ordered Parmesan bites at 6:30 pm from the Platt Springs Rd store. It’s 9:15 pm & the driver JUST called to ask if I still wanted my order. She said she had 2 deliveries ahead of mine & would be here in about 30-45 minutes. Btw, they told me it would be 25 minutes when I ordered. If I hadn’t paid already I would have cancelled hours ago. Unacceptable!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We always place the order without garlic and not one time have they gotten a complete order correct. I don’t understand how you don’t read what is ordered it’s really not that hard. We tried more than once and each time were more disappointed. We even started ordering with extra sauce because if not we would get bread with cheese, a pizza with little to no sauce. They definitely need to do better, by far the worst Dominos.
